4. Financial Model

  • I personally fund the initial investment — including studio setup, equipment, travel, wardrobe, site upgrades, and marketing.
  • My movie & photography studio will be available for filming, shoots, and cam work from day one.

Phase 2 – Growth (Year 1–5)

  • All expenses for my use (travel, accommodation, outfits, hormones, salon work, medical, production) will be covered from business revenue as it comes in.
  • I take no profit while owned — all net revenue is distributed to the Owners or reinvested into growth.

  • I continue as property but become a company director.
