Terms of Performer Contract

1. Introduction

• This Agreement is entered into voluntarily between the individual performing as “Bitchblackwhore” (hereafter referred to as the “Performer”) and the appointed Creative Director(s) (hereafter referred to as the “Director(s)”).
• This document formalizes the Performer’s consensual participation in a character-based, adult-themed performance arrangement under the BBC Sissy Media brand, which includes elements of BDSM, humiliation, feminization, public degradation, and lifestyle immersion as artistic expressions.

2. Role & Character Performance

• The Performer consents to portray the role of “Bitchblackwhore” in all productions, cam shows, adult films, events, and interactions scheduled or approved by the Director(s). This includes remaining plugged and used during designated performance hours.
• The Performer acknowledges this portrayal as voluntary and essential to their erotic identity, career, and brand development.

3. Ownership Framewor

• The Performer originated and voluntarily submitted to this immersive lifestyle contract. The symbolic “ownership” referenced herein is metaphorical and performative, supervised by the Director(s) as a consensual, structured power-exchange dynamic.
• The Performer grants total performance control to the Director(s) during the agreement’s term, while retaining legal autonomy and financial independence.

4. Schedule, Presence & Chastity Protocol

• The Performer agrees to a minimum of four (4) days per week of service, with increased availability upon Director request. During all service periods, the Performer shall remain plugged, in chastity, collared, and leashed when appropriate.
• The Performer will kneel or be available as a footstool during interactions with the Director(s), provided the setting is lawful and minors are not present.

5. Feminization & Body Modification

• The Performer agrees to pursue full feminization under the umbrella of body modification. This includes breast augmentation, hormone therapy, facial and vocal feminization, permanent hair removal, and wardrobe transformation.
• These procedures are considered essential and performance-related.

6. Escort Work & Financial Structure

• The Performer may continue or resume work as an adult escort. While the Performer retains all income, a symbolic £0.20/hour humiliation wage shall be tracked and transferred to the Director(s).
• All escort bookings must be scheduled via a shared calendar and approved by the Director(s).

7. Creative Control & Brand Ownership

• The Performer retains creative direction of the BBC Sissy Media brand but delegates all scene, training, and sexual performance decisions to the Director(s).
• The Performer maintains exclusive control of personal and business finances and may only relinquish such control through separate signed consent.

8. Sexual Performance & Use

• The Performer consents to sexual use by all Black men scheduled by the Director(s). Oral acts on women are permitted if the woman is a co-Director. Upon entering extended or permanent ownership, vaginal contact will cease, and the Performer shall only service female owners by anilingus.
• These terms reflect the Performer’s erotic identity and professional arc.

9. Public Exposure & Media Documentation

• The Performer consents to public exposure, humiliation, and content production including blogs, video, photography, and written logs.
• The Performer agrees to be featured in a documentary or ongoing content series documenting their journey, including maintaining a YouTube channel as part of BBC Sissy Media’s extreme marketing strategy.

10. Travel & Mistress Training

• The Performer agrees to travel at the discretion of the Director(s) and to undergo supervised training with a designated Mistress, Dom(me), or group.
• All sessions may be filmed or documented unless otherwise restricted.

11. Medical Leave & Emergency Clause

• In the event of illness, injury, or other emergency, the Performer must submit written medical proof to pause training, appearances, or responsibilities. Emergency leave shall not exceed the documented duration without renewal.

12. Legal Name Change Declaration

• The Performer affirms their intent to legally change their name to “Bitchblackwhore.” Upon formal name change, all associated documents, websites, credits, and professional listings shall reflect this identity.

13. Optional Castration Clause

• Should the Performer choose to extend this agreement beyond the initial five-year term and enter into permanent symbolic ownership, they may also voluntarily consent to surgical castration (orchiectomy) at any time.
• This act will be subject to personal choice, medical approval, and documented psychological clearance and shall not be required during the original contract period. unless they Performer voluntarily chooses the procedure.
• The castration will be performed under surgical methods in the presence of at least one Director and filmed if possible.
• The removed testicles will, if possible, be preserved and become the property of the media studio.

14. Privacy, Consent & Legal Limits

• Director(s) may remain anonymous. All language and conditions herein are symbolic and performative, not enforceable as real-world slavery or forced servitude.
• This agreement exists within the framework of consensual BDSM, method performance, and adult lifestyle branding. The Performer retains legal rights and can revoke consent only in case of legal, safety, or health concerns.
